5 Things I have learned

1) babies are washable. *I* am washable.

2) no matter how hard you try, you simply cannot force someone to do something they don't want to do. Especially not cats or babies. 

3) baby clothing sizes are weird. Margaret has a 6mo pair of leggings and a 12 mo pair that are exactly the same width and length! 

4) for some reason, men don't understand a baby's 'I'm hungry' cry means "hand me to mom right now!" (At least, the men in my life seem to think this means " Try to keep me away from mom as LONG as possible, even if I am screaming bloody murder")

5) if it can get knocked over and spilled all over the sofa/baby/Xbox/cellphone/feet/boppy/iPad, it will get knocked over and spill. That's right cat, I'm looking at you!!!
