Meggy's 2014 Survey!
It's that time year again! The end of the year when I look back and think "that's really all I did?"
Seriously though, it's been a great year with a lot of changes - a new job, moving, not to mention a very active toddler who is growing up before my very eyes. In the past three days she has surprised me with 6 words I didn't know she knew how to say. Here is her 2014 survey in both her words and mine.

How old are you?
One year old, going on 13.
What is your favourite color?
"Yelowllo" (I really need to take a video of her saying that word!)
What is your favourite Animal?
"Woof woof! Meowww"
What is your favourite Book?
Coloring books are a favourite right now, especially her Pooh bear ones. She loves to have me read half of them, and then start coloring.
What is your favourite TV show?
"Ahhh ahh ahh ooooh" Aka, Curious George, much to my chagrin.
What is your favourite Movie?
Little Mermaid and Frozen are the favourite around here. Sometimes Cinderella, aka "Seeyaya!"
What is your favourite Song?
Meggy loves dancing to The Hokey Pokey, but she also loves all the songs on her Minnie Mouse CD. All of them. All day long. Especially in the car. Where her poor Mommy wishes she could listen to the grown-up radio for just a few minutes...
What is your favourite Food?
Fruit for Meggy, especially berries of any kind. Today she had three helpings of blackberries.
What is your favourite Drink?
"Duice!"
What is your favourite Snack?
Back to the berries.
What is your favourite dessert?
Meggy isn't big into sweets like cookies and ice cream, but she does love her candy and chocolate when she's in the mood
What is your favourite Outfit?
Pajamas are the clothing of choice lately. Meggy doesn't like changing, and when she does, she prefers to change OUT of clothes, and not back INTO them.
What is your favourite Game?
Margaret's new favourite game is "Rawr!" This is where she stalks unsuspecting prey (usually Mama), sneaks up on them, then jumps out and says "Rawr!" She'll then repeat it 10 more times, and you have to be just as scared/surprised each time.
What is your favourite Toy?
Everything she got for Christmas, plus stuffed animals.
Who is your best friend?
This is probably a tough call between Iliana, Aunty Rachel and Minnie
Mouse.
What is your favourite thing to do?
Play play play! With some dancing thrown in for fun. :)
What is your favourite thing to do outside?
Meggy loves to be outside playing at the park, going on walks, playing with Mommy and Daddy and running to hear heart's content. If she sees a doggie or two, it makes her day.
What is your favourite holiday?
Christmas was a pretty good one this year, but she also enjoyed Halloween with friends!
What do you like to take with you to bed at night?
Meggy does NOT like to sleep with anything other than her blanket at night.
Where is your favourite place to go?
Grandma's house, and the park.
What is your favourite restaurant?
Margaret hasn't gone to very many restaurants since we moved to C'ville, mainly because she's reached that toddler stage where she refuses to stay seated while eating.
Where do you like to go on vacation?
Probably Grandma and Beema's house.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I asked this as a Disney movie was starting, and she kept pointing to the screen. I take it to mean wither she wants to work at Disney, or perhaps she wants to be in movies. I also asked if she wanted to be a Mommy, and she gave a noncommittal shrug.
What did you do on your birthday?
Meggy had a small birthday this year - probably the most memorable thing was that she didn't want to smash her cake. She got a little frosting on her hand, and did NOT like it one bit. We had to clean her up super fast - she's like her Mama ;)
